Yes this beautiful scenery occurs at times, and that too in India! That is why my country is such a great place, geographic, cultural, language etc etc, varieties are so diverse, that you will find different & amazing things at each and every place. This a a daily beautiful morning scene just 2-3 Kms away from Bhimtal, when going towards the City Haldwani. This generally occurs in months of October to December. More over if you stand and see this scene, just in half or one hour after the sun-shine, you will find this for is floating in upward direction, just gliding over the hills. If presents an illusion of a "River of Fog" that is flowing in upward direction.
